- The BDP-1500 explosion-proof liquid filling machine is a fully customized product, designed according to customer needs by a professional filling machine manufacturer.
- The control box has TS explosion-proof certification and is suitable for ZONE 1&2 and ZONE 21&22 hazardous locations. (Taiwan standard EX compatible)
- 100% developed and manufactured in Taiwan, the weighing control indicator BDI-2006 can record 100 groups of data. Simply recall the corresponding group of the product to start one-day production.
- The size of the customized scale platform is 1500cm × 1800cm, and the scale surface is made of stainless steel #316. It can directly place a 1000-liter chemical barrel (IBC barrel) or a pallet carrying four 53-gallon barrels.
- Special barrel filling machine valve for liquids made of stainless steel #316, Teflon stainless steel wire braided pipe, with high acid and alkali resistance and anti-sticking properties.
- Customize the filling valve swing arm and the forward and backward moving module to change the corresponding position of the barrel filling machine valve, which is suitable for one-time filling of 4 barrels and 53-gallon barrels on the pallet.
